Tail End Fly FIshing is guided by Capt. Tyler Brown and based out of Rockport, Texas. Tyler accommodates all skill levels, navigating Texas coastal flats in pursuit of Redfish on his poling skiff. Hand-tied flies and rods are provided, catch and release is practiced, and a damn good time awaits.
The experience of Fly Fishing the Texas Coast is unlike any other. Throw a line from the casting platform and gaze into the shallow water to enter a vibrant ecosystem of redfish, speckled trout, black drum, flounder, sheepshead and stingray. Amidst the heron, pelicans, spoonbill and osprey patrolling the mangroves, a redfish eats and the line tightens, a feeling that turns one day into a lifelong pursuit.
